Daniel Milton directs films and writes stories about the art of living.

His camera has taken him across continents, but his real interest is interior - the depths of the psyche. His work explores wisdom traditions, psychology, mental health, ritual, and creative expression - searching for the universalities that connect us beneath surface divisions.

A deep belief in humanity’s potential drives his practice. To move this belief into action, he will soon start training to become a psychotherapist; bringing therapeutic insight into his artistic work and vice versa.

His work has been featured on BBC Earth, Travel Channel, and CNN. Based in Amsterdam and working worldwide.
